Processing & Shipping Times
At Scrum’s Sugar, we take pride in preparing our desserts fresh for every order. Please review our shipping timelines below:
Processing Time: Orders for cookies will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Local Orders: Local customers must allow 1 to 2 days for order processing before pickup or delivery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship cookies via standard shipping services to ensure they arrive fresh and intact.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship internationally.
Scrum’s Sugar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@scrumssugar.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation!
