At Scrums & Sugar, every treat is made fresh and prepared with care. Because our products are custom-made and perishable, all sales are considered final once payment is completed. However, we always want you to be happy with your order — so please read our policy below.

If you ever experience an issue with your order (such as damage during delivery or an error in the product received), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at info@scrumssugar.com.
We’ll review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a partial credit or replacement for a future order.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any edible products once they have been picked up, delivered, or served.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
